Scope and Content: The Massachusetts Foreign Business Council was established (Exec order 169, Aug 28, 1979) to advise the governor of Massachusetts on policies and programs to increase exports, promote foreign investment in the Commonwealth, and coordinate the official visits of potential investors and foreign dignitaries.  These administrative records reflect its activities.
