Scope and Content: The Massachusetts Port Authority (Massport) is the state agency responsible for operation and maintenance of commercial aviation, maritime, and certain bridge facilities in and around the Port of Boston.  The environmental unit of its planning division monitors environmental effects of Massport construction projects.  Series is created to support such monitoring by unit specialists.
