Scope and Content: The Governor’s Commission on Gay and Lesbian Youth was established in 1992 to investigate utilization of resources from the public and private sectors to enhance and improve the ability of state agencies to provide services to gay and lesbian youth, and in the course of its investigations to provide periodic reports to the governor.
