Scope and Content: The Executive Office of Environmental Affairs creates and administers policy for the departments, commissions, and authorities concerned with the natural resources of Massachusetts.  Series is created to develop and interpret policy, programs, regulations, and legislation and to relate to relevant advocacy groups.
