Scope and Content: Pursuant to MGLA c 35, ss 48-57A, the County Personnel Board exercised oversight of all county personnel matters including classification and compensation plans.  Minutes of board meetings document the board’s administration of county personnel policy and related activities and the decision-making process that resulted in the establishment of such policies.
