Scope and Content: The Division of Academic Affairs under the Board of Regents of Higher Education is responsible for approving new degree programs and evaluating existing programs at public colleges and universities in Massachusetts.  Institutional program files contain reviews of specific academic programs written and submitted by community colleges, state colleges, and state universities.  Reports contain information on the development of particular programs, their course offerings and requirements, and their interaction with local communities and businesses.
