Scope and Content: The Division of Fiscal Affairs and Management of the Board of Regents is responsible for overall budgetary planning and facility management for the state system of higher education.  This series was created to administer the division and to organize reference materials.  It contains correspondence, memoranda, publications, clippings, and resumes.  Information is included on personnel issues (staffing and responsibilities), purchasing needs, Regents office-wide policy development, and unit spending projections.
